5 Simple Yoga Exercises to keep you fit



Yoga ensures flexibility to your body so that you will be active and organized in your daily routine.



1. Meditation -
Keep yourself calm as it keeps you in the right state to be ready for yoga. It is the foundation for getting results quickly and easily using Yoga. Observe your breath regularly for 5-10 minutes with patience. Try it every time your unhappy, tensed, worried, excited and restless. Keep your mind blank and away from all the thoughts. Stay focused on your breathe and be quiet. It would be much better if you close eyes and do it.

  

2. Pranayam –
Inhale, hold , then exhale and finally empty. While doing this exercise never strain yourself and do it slowly. This exercise gives you total control of your heart. All your troubles in breathing will be solved. Spend 5-10 minutes on this exercise for yourself. Sit in any asana which ever you know on a mat on floor. Start breathing only through the nose so that you take in only filtered air. Breathe in and hold for few seconds and exhale it. Keep your back stiff and stay calm and composed. This will keep your digestive system and entire body working properly.

3. Kapalbhati –
Which means your forehead enlightenment. This exercise makes the forehead illumination and shiny on the whole keeps your head fresh. Sit stiff and straight in any asana like padmasana and exhale as much as you can. Remember to do it slowly. It gives a glow in your face and keeps you active. All your breathing diseases will be cured by itself.

4. Leg exercise -
Sleep down on the floor in a spacious room with fresh air circulation or open area.
Sleep facing towards to upwards and rotate one of your legs as if you are drawing a zero or circle in air.Do it for as long as you can starting for 3-5 times to 20-30 times. Similarly do it for the other leg too. By doing so it will burn the fat keeps your joints at the thighs and legs more flexible.

5. Anulom Vilom -
Close your nostrils one after the other. First close the right nostril by right hand thumb and then breath in from the other nostril that is not closed. Hold it for a second and with second or third fingers of your same hand close the left nostril and release (exhale) the breathing from the right nostril. Keep the palm just in front of above of the nose. On the whole here you will be using only one hand. Likewise inhale from right nostril and inhale while left is closed. Then exhale from left nostril with right one closed. Cholesterol, obese and all diseases will be cured to a greater extent. It makes the blood circulation completely active all over the body due to stabilizing the breathing.
